I love everything fitness. The human body and what it can do fascinate me. Running track in high school and later in the Air Force was the beginning of my love affair with fitness. I have been teaching group fitness since 1995, and am amazed that there is always something new to learn.

I come to you from Travis Air Force Base, CA, where I trained the very fit military to the beginner exerciser. My passion is to make exercise accessible to everyone. Trained in Stott Pilates, Balanced Body Pilates, as well as Powerhouse Pilates, I like to blend the disciplines of the different methods in my teaching. I am currently pursuing the 450-hour Pilates Method Alliance Certification. Pilates and functional fitness is my drug of choice, and I look forward to bringing my blend of Pilates Fusion to Breath of Life Yoga.

Married to my best friend of 25 years, I am the proud mother of two adult children, and have two fur babies, a 4 year-old German Shepherd and an 11 year-old Cairn Terrier. My hobbies include hiking and running half-marathons to marathons.
