My passion for exercise started at a very young age when my mom signed me up for gymnastics, the first love of my life! My gymnastics background has given me a love for physical fitness in all of its forms. I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Instructor (since 2010). I have experience teaching many different types of fitness classes including the ones I am currently teaching: Cycling, Powerflex, Yoga, and Cardio Circuit Weight Training.
I continue to personally challenge myself and have completed numerous fitness events including half marathons, and multiple triathlons. I have always enjoyed working with people and encouraging them to live the healthy lifestyle that has made me so happy. Exercise is work, however it can and should be enjoyable to everyone!
Having a busy life myself, I know that it can be easy to forget to make exercise and nutrition a priority. I also know that when we improve our health, everything else in our lives improves.
