Yoga did not come easily to me, and the more people wanted me to try it, the more I dug in and said no. This resistance continued until 2013, when I finally had a fantastic teacher who helped me understand what yoga could bring to my life. It helped me slow down, get focused, and spend a lot more time taking care of me. My first yoga teachers were my inspiration for pursuing a 200hr yoga teacher training, and I’m excited to pass it on. In my classes, I want to help you find a few minutes of peace, appreciate your amazing body, and leave a little better than you came in.
