Class Descriptions

Ashtanga:
This class is based on the primary Ashtanga series using the same poses every class allowing you to deepen your practice in each pose. Focuses on breath, balance, total body strengthening and mindfulness.

Classic Flow:
This class is a traditional Vinyasa Flow that connects movement and breath. It is designed to increase flexibility, build core strenth, improve balance, and promote mindfulness. It consists of a warm-up, 2-3 sequences of movement and breath, a challenge which may include learning a new pose or a core sequence, and a cool down with stretching.

Power Flow:
This class builds on to our Classic Flow which is a Vinyasa Flow that connects movement and breath. It is designed to increase flexibility, build core strength, improve balance, and promote mindfulness. It consists of a warm-up, 2-3 sequences of movement and breath, a challenge which may include learning a new pose or a core sequence, and a cool down with stretching. Power Flow is generally taught at a quicker pace than a Classic Flow and may include more advanced poses.

Gentle Flow:
This class is designed for all levels and is a great introduction to yoga. It focuses on movement and breath in a gentle manner that makes yoga accessible to all. It creates opportunities for increased strength, flexibility and balance.

Mommy and Me Family Yoga:
Join Kristin Mills, mom of 2 and yoga teacher for 15 years, for a fun interactive Mommy and Me class. Enjoy fun and interactive yoga, games, songs, stories, and imaginative play. This class provides tools to help children feel calmer, happier and more peaceful while giving the parent a yoga experience. All ages welcome.
🚸 Children are FREE with an paying Adult

Pilates Barre:
You can expect 60 min of high-intensity and low-impact movements in this all levels class. You will use your own body weight, dumbbells, and bender balls to always keep your body challenged! Build core and total body strength, flexibility, mobility and cardio endurance in this energizing class.

Slow Burn:
This class incorporates breath-work, vinyasa flow, and balance poses to strengthen your body, build stamina, and challenge your mind. Advanced poses will be offered.

Yin:
This class offers gentle movement and deep stretching to promote flexibility, relaxation, mindfulness and recovery. Poses may be held 2-5 minutes. Props are sometimes used to help support the body in different poses. Low lights and gentle music may be incorporated in class.

Vin/Yin:
This class combines the best of two styles of Yoga. 30 minutes of this class will focus on movement and breath in a vinyasa flow which may build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. 30 minutes of class will focus on relaxation and recovery through a series of Yin poses where poses are held in a supportive way to increase flexibility.

Yoga Sculpt:
This class combines weight training, cardio, and a vinyasa yoga flow. It is intended to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility.
