An exceptional one-hour regime of basic ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body. This is a heated slow paced Vinyasa Flow class for all levels. It is a great introduction to a heated class for beginners and for more experienced yogis, it is an opportunity to slow it down and fine tune their practice.

Mat Pilates classes strengthen and tone all of the body’s core muscles through targeted exercises. Mat Pilates classes challenge the student to focus on specific muscle groups, and, with practice, students will soon build tremendous core strength. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain, add an amazing new depth to yoga practice, and are an integral component of athletic performance as well as every day balance. No Pilates experience is necessary. All levels are welcome

A series of movements that focus on balance, core strength and breath while incorporating the use of weights to enhance muscle toning and strength. This class focuses on core work and cardiovascular training while providing a total body workout. All levels are welcome.

Total Zen

90 minutes

This 90 minute class will provide total relaxation through gentle movement followed by deep stretching using props and breathing techniques to find a release mentally and physically. The second half of class will transition into a Yoga Nidra format (a form of meditation) which will help you find a level of total mental and physical relaxation. The benefits of this class include stress reduction, improved sleep patterns, increased flexibility and self actualization. This is an all levels class.
