At Breath Of Life Yoga we offer a wide range of classes that focus on balance, strength, total body conditioning and breath. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all levels and ages. We believe that everyone can benefit from yoga and want to provide high quality classes at an affordable price. Our instructors are all highly trained and are passionate about their practice. I am a wife, a mother and a critical care nurse that has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. Yoga has provided me incredible core strength and has helped me protect my back in the many strenuous activities that I participate in. It also is my stress relief. Since moving to Reunion area over 7 years ago, I have been traveling at least 1 hour round trip to take yoga classes which has resulted in me doing less and less yoga. In the fall both of my girls will be in school full-time, and I’ve been praying for direction as to what meaningful thing I should do with my time. Though I love being a nurse, working more 12 hour shifts away from my family was not an option. While on vacation I discovered a little studio called Yoga by the Sea and was inspired to open my own studio. I have a passion for this community and am so excited to be a part of it’s growth. The health and mental benefits that come from yoga are endless, and I can’t wait to share it with all my friends and neighbors!
