Breath of Life Yoga
At Breath Of Life Yoga we offer a wide range of classes that focus on balance, strength, total body conditioning and breath. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all levels and ages. We believe that everyone can benefit from yoga and want to provide high quality classes at an affordable price. Our instructors are all highly trained and are passionate about their practice. Benefits from attending our classes include increasing your core and back strength, increasing your flexibility, detoxing, total body conditioning, reconnecting with your breath, improving your sleep pattern, and much more. Whatever your goals are, we at BOL will strive to help you achieve it!
I am a wife, mother, nurse, cancer survivor and avid equestrian who found yoga over 15 years ago. As my body has aged, I struggled with injury and fatigue. Through yoga I have been able to strengthen my body and find peace in my mind.
For years I traveled 30+ minutes to take a yoga class. As ours children grew up they became more active and I rarely had time to make the drive and attend a class. I longed for a local yoga studio. In 2014 I was on vacation and discovered a little yoga studio by the ocean. It was beautiful and I thought to myself “I wish we had something like this in our neighborhood”. After many prayers and planning and decided to open my own studio. In 2015 we opened Breath Of Life Yoga and have provided mental and physical wellness to the community to love so much.
Our studio is not your typical studio….we primarily focus on the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice while providing a space where all walks of life can come together as a community. We uplift each other. We encourage each other. We inspire each other. All are welcome through our doors. Over the years we have watched friendships be formed, bodies heal and our community to unify in one breath. We are excited to see our community grow and we can’t wait to meet you on your mat!
