She found yoga during a very difficult time in her life, and it brought her back to her Self, Peace, and Home. She’s been an avid yogi student ever since, studying under renowned teachers in San Francisco, Austin, and Denver for the past 10 years, primarily in the styles of Forrest, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. She recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Kindness Yoga in Denver. She’s gone on to receive personal mentorship through Kindness Yoga, and can now be found teaching in a variety of studios and gyms throughout the city.
In Nicole’s classes expect to connect deeply with your breath and get back into your body, weaving through flowing sequences in a moving meditation. You will learn nuanced cues to work within and refine your poses. Using poetic and metaphoric language, she seeks to convey the quality of movement desired from pose to pose. Breath, return to Self, align, flow, and have immense fun in her technical, yet playful and open teaching style!
