I found yoga seven years ago and have since believed passionately in the countless benefits not only for the body, but for calming the mind as well. I have a deep respect for the healing power of traditional aspects of yoga such as pranayama and meditation and I try to incorporate them into my classes. I use connection of breath with movement to help students find balance in the body and mind. I always try to cultivate a welcoming and comfortable space where everyone can feel relaxed and at home.
