Class List

Barre

60 minutes

An exceptional one-hour regime of basic ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training. This total body conditioning technique has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body. The classes are choreographed to the hottest music in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. All levels are welcome

Classic Flow

A slower paced series of movements that focus on balance, core strength and breath. This class is geared towards those wanting to learn or advance their practice in a less intense environment. All levels are welcome.

Faith Based Power Flow

60 minutes

This class is our Power Flow class in a Christian environment. A series of movements that focus on balance, core strength and breath with Christian music and themes. Be prepared to sweat during this full body strengthening class. All levels are welcome.

Slow Flow

60 minutes
*Must be 18 years old; 16-17 with parental permission
heated class

This is a heated slow paced Vinyasa Flow class for all levels. It is a great introduction to a heated class for beginners and for more experienced yogis, it is an opportunity to slow it down and fine tune their practice.

Kid’s Yoga

50 minutes
*Ages 5-12 with parental permission

This class focuses on yoga poses and teaches how to control your breath in all situations while incorporating fun games and activities to promote health in children.

Meditation

30 minutes

This 30 minute guided meditation class is designed for all levels of experience so whether this is your first time meditating or your 100th, you will reap the benefits of this meditation practice. Each week we will explore a variety of meditation and breathing techniques that have the potential to guide us to a more centered and more present self. This is a donation based class and there are no studio membership requirements in order to attend.

Pilates

50 minutes

Mat Pilates classes strengthen and tone all of the body’s core muscles through targeted exercises. Mat Pilates classes challenge the student to focus on specific muscle groups, and, with practice, students will soon build tremendous core strength. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain, add an amazing new depth to yoga practice, and are an integral component of athletic performance as well as every day balance. No Pilates experience is necessary. All levels are welcome

Pilates Fusion

60 minutes
*Ages 14-15 must be accompanied by parent; 16-17 with parental permission

Challenging, full body workout using a combination of Pilates Principles, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga Stretch and Athletic Training.
You will burn calories and create a balance of core strength and more lean, sculpted muscles. Power Pilates Plus is low impact and is suitable for beginners to advanced students as the class can be modified to suit your needs and fitness level. A great class for not only your body but your mind as well.
Body Focus: Body Heat! Power! Breathing, Cardio, Concentration, Presence, Balance, Flexibility, Muscle Development, Flow, Fitness, Core Strength, Fun!

This is a Yin style restorative with the goal of achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation. All levels welcome.

Sculpt Yoga

60 minutes
*Must be 18 years old or 16-17 with parental permission

A series of movements that focus on balance, core strength and breath while incorporating the use of weights to enhance muscle toning and strength. This class focuses on core work and cardiovascular training while providing a total body workout. All levels are welcome.

Tot & Me

45 minutes
$5 per kid. No charge for parent/guardian.
*Ages 2-4
Must be accompanied by parent/guardian

An interactive yoga class that focuses on balance, fine motor skills and attention while incorporating fun stories, poses and games.

Total Zen

90 minutes
*Ages 14-15 must be accompanied by parent; 16-17 with parental permission

This 90 minute class will provide total relaxation through gentle movement followed by deep stretching using props and breathing techniques to find a release mentally and physically. The second half of class will transition into a Yoga Nidra format (a form of meditation) which will help you find a level of total mental and physical relaxation. The benefits of this class include stress reduction, improved sleep patterns, increased flexibility and self actualization. This is an all levels class.

Vin/Yin

60 minutes
*Ages 14-15 must be accompanied by parent; 16-17 with parental permission

The first 1/2 of this class is an intense vinyasa flow providing a total body workout. The 2nd 1/2 is a restorative class that focuses on achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Yoga Basics

60 minutes
*Ages 14-15 must be accompanied by parent; 16-17 with parental permission

Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to fine tune your poses, this class is for you. This class will focus on specific poses, teaching correct form and terminology. All levels are welcome.
